
Whole Pig Roast
All our meats and pigs are smoked with local Hickory & Oak woods. We cook with wood smokers (only firewood, no gas, no electricity) The fire needs to be tended by our pit crew constantly throughout the day and night. Regardless of the day, we strive for consistency over quality. Quality is what we hire for.

Racing Style
When it comes to ordering a whole smoked/roasted pig the first thing to take in to consideration is how many guest will be attending your event. Figure a pound of meat per person so a 100 lb pig will feed approx 95 people. We offer our hog packages for drop off or roasting on site. Tell us about the event and we’ll build a custom quote.

Split Style
We offer our hog packages for drop off or roasting on site. Depending on size of hog it can take between 12 to 16 hours (cooking) roast. You can get it racing style or split.

Pig Packages
We'll handle the smoking of the pig either delivered or on-site. We can carve and pull the meat as well.
